Special Abilities
Through her experience with an anti-government guerrilla group in her teens and her extensive B.S.A.A. training, Sheva Alomar is one of their finest operatives. She's adept with multiple firearms, both light and heavy, and is an extremely skilled martial artist. She's also a capable tracker, military tactician, and scientist, all of which come with the job description.
Weaknesses
Sheva is only a human and has no special powers outside of the abilities she's gained through her training, meaning she can be injured just as any other human can.
Brief History [Spoilers][/size]
(RE Wiki)
At the age of 8, Sheva's parents died in what appeared to be a factory accident. Her uncle came to take Sheva and house her in his home along with 7 other children. One day Sheva ran away from her uncle's house into the savannah where she was found by a truck driver who housed and fed her, but little did she know that this truck driver was a member of the guerilla group.
She later joined the anti-government guerilla group where she learned that what happened to her parents was much more than a simple accident. The factory was the location of a final test of one of Umbrella's many B.O.W.'s. With the help of the government's army, Umbrella erased Sheva's village and its inhabitants once the test was complete.
Sheva remained with the guerrillas through her childhood. She was 15 when she was contacted by American operatives to stop Umbrella from selling a B.O.W. to the guerrillas. With Sheva's help, the operatives stopped the deal and apprehended the Umbrella salesman. The man who initially contacted Sheva offered her a chance to start her life again in America. Sheva accepted. Within months, Sheva was speaking English like a native and enrolled in a university two years later. After graduation, her benefactor suggested she join the B.S.A.A. While Umbrella had dissolved years before this, Sheva's hatred of Umbrella and all others like them led her to join the B.S.A.A. Sheva was assigned to Josh Stone's unit for eight months for training. Upon completion of her training, B.S.A.A. chose her to become an agent.
Sheva is assigned to work alongside Chris throughout Kijuju to keep the natives from becoming hostile over the fact he's an American. The two are sent to locate a weapons dealer named Ricardo Irving. They eventually track him down, but Irving manages to escape with the help of a mysterious cloaked woman. Chris finds files left behind by Irving with information on his old partner Jill Valentine. Sheva, seeing that she and Chris are outnumbered, pleads with Chris to retreat. Chris tells Sheva how his long-time partner Jill died during a mission to arrest Ozwell E. Spencer of the Umbrella Corporation. Sheva changes her mind once she learns of Jill and sees Chris' determination to find her.
Chris and Sheva trail Irving through sewers and an oil refinery. They manage to track down Irving with the help of Josh Stone, Sheva's friend and mentor. When Chris and Sheva corner Irving on his ship, he injects himself with a Control Plaga. Chris and Sheva manage to take him down after a difficult battle. With Irving dead, Chris decides to disobey orders to search for Jill, who he now believes to be alive. Sheva accepts Chris' decision and continues her role as his partner.
The pair make their way to an abandoned underground research facility formerly used by the Umbrella Corporation. Eventually they discover a large room filled with human bodies contained in pods. Chris uses the computer to locate the pod where Jill would be stored. When they discover the pod Jill was in to be empty, they are threatened by Excella Gionne via video screen. Sheva recognizes Excella as the head of the Tricell Pharmaceutical Company's African division and is outraged to discover that Excella and Tricell are part of the horrible experiments performed at this facility. Sheva also realizes that Excella lied about not knowing where Jill was.
The two track Excella from the facility to underground ruins, though she eventually escapes with the help of the mysterious cloaked woman. This woman is revealed to be none other than Jill herself by Albert Wesker. Together Chris and Sheva are able to remove the mechanism controlling Jill. Jill reveals Wesker's plan to spread Uroboros worldwide and pleads with Chris to stop Wesker.
Sheva and Chris follow Excella and Wesker to a large ship, where they corner Excella. Excella escapes, but not before spilling a briefcase full of vials. Sheva picks up one and takes it with her. Eventually, the two reach a pile of corpses and a weakened Excella. Wesker injected Excella with the Uroboros virus.
After disposing of Uroboros Aheri, Chris and Sheva set out after Wesker. On the way, Jill contacts Chris to explain the source of Wesker's strength -- an unstable virus. Jill explains that an overdose of the virus would possibly kill Wesker. Sheva realizes that the vial she picked up from Excella's briefcase is the virus.
Chris and Sheva rush to Wesker's hangar to confront him. The two are able to inject the virus into Wesker's chest by closing the light and using a night vision RPG-7. With his body weakening and the two B.S.A.A. members on his tail, Wesker escapes to his jet. Chris and Sheva climb in through the cargo hold to stop Wesker. Mid-flight, Chris opens the cargo hold, sucking Wesker out the back of the jet. A celebration of Wesker's demise is short-lived when Wesker grabs Sheva's leg in an attempt to take her with him. With Chris's aid Sheva is saved and Wesker falls into a volcano.
Severely injured, Wesker has no choice but to combine Uroboros with himself and attack the two with amazing strength. After a lengthy fight, Wesker is shot down into the molten magma while Chris and Sheva escape with Jill and Josh. Wesker, however, is not one to give up, and grabs the helicopter leg with his tentacle-like arm. But Chris and Sheva helped by Jill are able to escape. (Note: I changed the ending since we have a Wesker now.)

(Kind of an extension of Failmaster's Wesker app.)
It was only ever bad news that spread like wildfire, and with each mouth that carried the information to another, it only became more real and more depressing. Albert Wesker had possibly survived the lava that Sheva was certain would comprise his grave. If the news was true, then the power he held was beyond anything that could be controlled by the B.S.A.A. anymore.
The problem was, they'd been thrust back into this situation by the apparent disappearance of Chris Redfield, Sheva's agent in "dealing with" Wesker the first time. The reports claimed that the two had come face to face, and that the result of their scuffle wasn't clear. The fact that Chris hadn't reported in wasn't very settling, however. If he had come in contact with Wesker, it probably wasn't in his best interest to keep it to himself. It wasn't like him, either.
So Sheva had been assigned to the case. She'd been the last agent to work with Chris, and was the "only clear choice for tracking him", as they'd told her. They'd also given her a commission to recruit any government help that she required- which also meant she could recruit from the registered superhero community. No one knew what they were dealing with when it came to this revived Wesker. Having a super-powered fist on your side wouldn't hurt anything.
The first destination for Sheva was New York City, Chris' last known location. She was more detective than operative right now, as the first step to Wesker and Chris was figuring out why the two had run into each other. New York was also the home of the organization called SHIELD, where Sheva hoped to gather a bit of help.
Sheva, dressed as practically and comfortably as possible, carried her luggage onto the B.S.A.A. jet that would provide her transportation to New York. The pilot, a Kenyan man she'd known a few years by the name of Maundu, turned around and glanced at Sheva as she settled into the seats behind him. "Good 'ta see ya' 'gain, Sheva. New York?" Sheva smiled warmly at him and nodded in response as she pushed her luggage aside. "Yes, Maundu. Good to you see you too. How's the family?"
He turned back towards the controls and shrugged as he fired up the engines. "Sam' as alway, I s'pose. Th' ol' woman still thinks flying for a govament organization is fa' too dangerous." "Well, if you ever retire, I don't know what I'll do." As the jet began to take off, Muandu turned halfway towards Sheva again. "Do ya' think you can handle Wesker?" Sheva looked out the window, not knowing herself. "I hope so."
