Alucard
Franchise: Hellsing
Custom Title: No-Life King
Alignment: Neutral
Age: 545 (Being he's a vampire)
Gender: Male
Special Abilities:
Alucard possesses an unfathomable amount of power even amongst vampires. He has the traditional abilities of transforming himself into mist, a bat, or a wolf. Not only this, but Alucard also possesses an extraordinary regenerative ability, the exact limits of his regenerative powers are largely unknown; however, he's been known to be able to fully recover even after being shredded to pieces by bullets or even having his head cut off (which kills most vampires).
In addition to the regular powers that he commonly demonstrates he also possesses a set of seals sewn into his gloves. These seals are known as the Cromwell Restriction system. When faced with a worthy adversary or if he just simply wishes to break the enemy and humiliate them he releases the seals ranging from three all the way to zero. At Level Zero, Alucard reverts to his former human form as Vlad the Impaler and summons up an army of his "Familiars" which are basically the souls of lives he's consumed of his centuries long existence.
In addition to these powers that Alucard possesses. He also has a pair of oversized guns one silver and the other black. The silver one is called Casull and the black one is referred to as Jackal. They are both powerful guns the likes of which a normal human could never hope to wield and the Jackal itself has been stated to "be more than any man can be expected to handle". The distinction though comes from the Jackal's ability to bypass any regenerative qualities that someone may have, namely Alexander Anderson.
Weaknesses:
Alucard possesses a great resistance to the traditional weaknesses to holy objects and silver. However, tangs of miracles can actually bring him to the brink of death (an example of a tang of miracle would be the Lance of Longinus, the Spear that pierced the side of Christ or Helena's Holy Nail from the True Cross). Like any other character with a healing property, Alucard is also vulnerable to the sword of Muramasa which blocks healing properties no matter how powerful they are.
Alucard's lowest and most powerful Release State of Level Zero happens to also be his most vulnerable. While Alucard does have access to his more powerful abilities, he also releases the souls that fortify his being. Think of Alucard like a giant castle. His own being is the King of the castle while his souls are like the soldiers. At Level Zero, the King sends his soldiers outside of the impregnable fortress therefore rendering the king vulnerable. And while Alucard by himself is still powerful, a blow to his heart would successfully kill him.
While not necessarily a weapon, Alucard's arrogance is generally a big weakness. While he does have the power to back up his claims, there have been certain points where his arrogance has been used against him, case in point is during his first encounter with Alexander Anderson of the Iscariot Organization. Alucard was genuinely surprised by the fact the Iscariot priest was a Regenerator (through nanotech).

History: (YAY HELLSING WIKI!)
According to Hellsing canon, Alucard was born in the winter of 1431 as Vlad III Dracula, the son of Vlad II Dracula. He later became known as Vlad Ţepeş ("Vlad the Impaler"), and as Kazıklı Bey ("the Impaling Prince") by the Turks. He lived and reigned intermittently as the Voivode of Wallachia until his "death" in 1476, at the age of 45. Alucard recalls "that day" from 523 years ago in chapter 71 Castlevania (2). The circumstances of Vlad's "death" and transformation are shown in chapter 70 Castlevania, but exactly how he became a vampire is unknown. During this flashback, it is revealed that he was captured by the Ottoman Empire when he was a child and sodomized by a high ruler (known best for clenching a cross during the ordeal). When he became the voivode of Wallachia, he launched an all-out war on the Turks which devastated both sides. Eventually, his troops were defeated, his people were killed (many by his own hands), and his homeland was set ablaze. Vlad himself was to be executed. Before he was beheaded, he drank of the blood from the battlefield and became a true vampire. Accepting the powers of darkness, the cross he had always carried with him shattered. Centuries later, in 1893, the events of Bram Stoker's novel Dracula unfold. Abraham Van Hellsing, Arthur Holmwood, Quincey Morris, Jack Seward (Jonathan Harker, another character in the novel, is not mentioned) were able to defeat Vlad (then known as Count Dracula) and kill all of his servants. In the flashback dream sequence of volume 4 (episode 2 of the OVA series), Abraham remarks that Mina had been freed from the Count's grasp, just as she was in the novel. It is at this point where Alucard's back story begins to deviate substantially from Bram Stoker's book. The Count was staked in the heart, but he was not destroyed. It remains uncertain if he was forced into servitude or if he was willing, but from that point on, the Count became a servant for Abraham and his descendants, serving each successive generation.
The next known account of Alucard's life is during World War II, in 1944. Count Dracula now went by a new name given to him by Integra's father, Sir Arthur Hellsing, which was Alucard. Alucard, along with a 14-year-old Walter C. Dornez, was sent to Warsaw, Poland, to stop Millennium's vampire production program. The results of this mission are largely unknown at this point, as it is recorded in the ongoing prequel to Hellsing, Hellsing: The Dawn. Decades later, in 1969, Alucard was imprisoned in a dungeon in Hellsing manor by Arthur. According to Sir Hugh Islands in chapter 75 Heart of Iron, Arthur came to believe that Alucard was "too powerful a drug to be used as more than the occasional medicine". Shortly after Arthur's death in 1989, Alucard was awakened and resuscitated by Integra's blood when she came to his cell seeking rescue and her shoulder was clipped by a bullet. After just 20 years of imprisonment, Alucard saved Integra (then only 12 years old) from her traitorous uncle, Richard, and became her servant.
Sample Role Play Post:
Blood...the night ran thick with it. He smirked as he approached the old cemetary. The vampire was here, he was sure of it. Reaching into his trench coat pocket he drew forth an impressively sized silver gun. Turning the safety off, he turned, "So...you've decided to step out and face me after all..." He chuckled, "Most admirable. Unlike most of you trash."
"Really?" A man asked clapping, "What reason would a vampire have to hide from one of his own? For that matter why face of your own?"
"Because you're not one of my own." The other vampire muttered before pulling the hammer of the gun back.
The bullet flew forth and pierced the man in his chest, but missing the heart entirely. More shots rang as the man was pinned against a rapidly splintering tree. The man in red grinned a devious grin, "You can't change yourself into mist or a bat. You're unable to heal from the wounds I've dealt you. What's worse is you can't even defend yourself? One of my own? What foolishness. You're trash not even worthy to lick my boots."
The red garbed man smirked, "I'll give you my name so that you can tell all who sent you to the deepest pits of hell." He exclaimed rushing forward and driving his hand straight through the other vampire, "It's Alucard."
Withdrawing his hand, Alucard sneered at the blood staining his gloves. Waving it off he walked towards the limousine that had pulled up, "The mission is complete. My master."
