-After having a meeting with Gotham exectutives, Lex walks down the street accidentally stumbling on the end of the attack on Arkham Asylum. Luckily, after following a rooftop chase, he meets Catwoman and Black Cat. They have a playful conversation that ends with a neutral alliance between Lex and Catwoman.
- "Start Wearin' Purple" - Adrian Veidt, The Joker, Remiel, and Rain
-Making his way to New York, to Adrian's surprise his political party comes to a halt. The Joker has taken control of the events and Lex has made his presence known too. However there is resistance and Luthor is positive that Joker has his own plans to end the party with a bang.
- "You Deleted my What?!" - Adrian Veidt, Justis, Daniel Dreiberg, and Rorschach

- "Business Between Tyrants" - Norman Osborn
-Perhaps one of the worst deals Lex has ever made. He agrees to give Norman free will with his personal inventory in exchange for a cure for cancer. He knows he has lost much but he's glad that the cure is in his possession. Uncharacteristic of him, he plans to give it to the public. Knowing that they need it more than he does.
- "Meet your new Cabal" - Loki Laufeyson, Commander Shepard, Magneto, Scarecrow, Norman Osborn, Hank Henshaw, and Mary Marvel
-A rather short meeting that fell apart before it even began. He doesn't learn much but he does get to meet other villains who of course are more powerful he is.
- "Paradise?" - Question, Rain, Vance and Cobra Commander

- "Hiring a Ghost" - Gentleman Ghost, Aaron "Red" Newberg, and Tommie Whitney
-Trying to raise the money that he had lost, Lex requests the help of Gentleman Ghost. A spector who is a master of bank robberies. However even though the ghost was successful, Lex's plans fail just as they began. He has an insightful talk with a new hero, Aaron "Red" Newberg, and asks the Red Hooded child to deliver Norman's cure to the public for him.
- "Tracking a Symbiote" - Disease and Simon Williams
-Lex hears about a new comer, however there are two problems. One- he's a mercenary. And two- he's not just any mercenary...it's a symbiote. But Lex figures this man is worth seeing. Or rather tracking. Of course things start to take a turn for the worse when the crimson wonder, Wonder Man, mistakenly takes him for Tony Stark. Reluctantly, Luthor plays along with the guise and convinces Wonder Man to help him find this mysterious merc.
- "Good Frank Hunting" - Frank Castle and Captain Marvel
-Once again, he's walking the streets of New York. And even he doesn't know why. But Lex is pleased for the most part. His field suit was a success and he feels more powerful than ever before. Though while things are going good for the criminal genius, he knows it could be better. Memories of his childhood plague him as he heads into a bar. Lex reflects what type of a man his father was and in his anger, he murders because of it. But there's a Punisher out there. His name--Frank Castle.
- "Explorations and new "Friends"" - Disease, Hawk, Sabretooth, Tira, Mac Gargan, Bastion, and Clayface
-Arriving back in Genosha, Lex is fortunate enough to spot a massive brawl that is taking place in the streets. It's a whole group of "supers" that happen to be at each other's throats. Not missing a beat, the billionaire decides to join in on the fun and targets the one man who he still despises...Disease.
- "A Matter of Pride" - Peter Parker
-After returning back to Metropolis again, Lex makes his way to his office one night when he realizes that a stranger is rummaging through his personal desk. Enraged by what he finds, he threatens the new comer, who claims he's Ben Reilley, and even repeatedly fire his revolver at him...but to no avail. Reilley further spouts that Norman Osborn has captured his foe, Superman, and if he wants to...Lex can help the web crawler find a way to beat Norman at his own gain. The billionaire agrees, and in turn gives him both a device and schematics that will help the web slinging hero.
- "Planetfall" - Sentience and Darek U. Ravenhardt
-Sitting in his personal office, Lex is obviously stressed and tired over the past events that have happened in his life. He keeps thinking about Terra Lak Tus and he is positive that very soon he will make his trip there. Of course, it's never a dull moment for the billionaire because while he is contemplating over his plans, a strange noise comes from overhead on the actual rooftop of Lex Corp. Mistaken it for a helicopter, Lex decides to personally get the pilot of his own building and just as the doors slide open, he is taken aback by the sigh before him. There's a machine, Sentience, and younger child, Darek U. Ravenhardt, beside a massive ship the likes Lex has never yet seen before. As it turns out, Sentience personally came to Metropolis to find the billionaire and request his help. To overthrow the Citadel, which the machine calls an unfair organization. While impressed by the request, Lex bluntly says he will only help if the two help him. It's Terra Lak Tus that he has in mind. It's killing his enemy, Superman.
- "Thunder Strike: One Hell of an Army" - Deadpool, U.S Agent, Peter Parker, Superman, Ghost Rider, Darek U. Ravenhardt, and Joker
-Lex arrives on Terra Lak Tus, unbeknown to Norman Osborn. Luckily, he happens to come at the right moment. Scarecrow's fear gas has just went off all throughout the city, and every person is now living out their own personal hell. The billionaire instantly recognizes the Clown Prince of Crime, and with a smirk he realizes just how fun this day will be.
- "Apocalypse Now" - Darkseid, Superman, Sentience, Michael McCormick, Ghost Rider, Simon Williams, Darek U. Ravenhardt, Doctor Octopus, Black Rose, Zatanna Zatara, Mac Gargan
-The billionaire's plan to kill Superman has just begun and of course, Lex has friends to help him. Of course, so does Superman. But things are going well for the criminal mastermind. Because not only does the blue boyscout have to worry about him, but he also has to worry about his hated rival, Darkseid. The battle has just gotten underway, and in the end...Lex knows that it will take everything that Superman has in order to survive.
