Timelines-
1)"The Slasher"- Victor is investigating Weapon X contacts in NYC. Killing all of them. The newspapers have re dubbed him "The Slasher".
2)"Downpour"-Victors feral instincts tell him to investigate a tanker, where in he is greeted by 2 unfriendly heroes.
3)"Building an Army"-Victor is invited to a meeting to begin a team Wilson Fisk is putting together.
