I've decided to RP only as War Machine from this point on.

Thanks for the offer, man, but, that really isn't how we work... For now, I'd recommend either deleting the account if you don't plan on taking a second, or, if you plan on making a new account for a second, if someone wants Raiden, they'll have to first have the required post counts if it isn't their first character, and secondly, they'll have to make their own app for him, since you won't be using this account at all, for the time being, nothing can really be done with it unless you decide to take Raiden back up, or, to turn the account into a different character.
